A native of Northeast TN, broker-owner Ashley Ferlauto works full time as the Principal Broker & Owner of Lantern Real Estate.

Ashley jumped into her first experience of real estate as a personal assistant to a Top Producing agent in Washington DC in early 2001 and that’s when she knew – real estate was her calling!  A few major metro cities later and a successful 10yr career detour in the executive culinary and catering field, she established her real estate career in Lake Norman, Concord, and the Charlotte, NC areas. The covid-19 pandemic brought her back home to Elizabethton, TN in 2021 where she opened her Lantern Real Estate. She focuses on residential real estate with experience in existing re-sale, custom luxury building, land sales, and working with production builders. She’s a lover of helping everyone placed in her path succeed in their real estate goals and careers in real estate!
